We require Help Desk Consultants with good troubleshooting and thought processes to work in a dynamic environment with a very progressive company. We are looking for people that have potential to be great and people who are willing to learn and grow into the role.
Job Requirements include a Minimum of 3 years IT working experience and:
- Must have excellent telephonic skills
- Microsoft Outlook support skills
- Understanding of POP3/SMTP/FTP/HTTP Protocols.
- Understanding of DNS (able to setup and manage DNS servers).
- Understanding of Domain queries (register, update, transfer, etc).
- Understanding of the Internet and how it functions.
- Basic Linux knowledge (preferred, but not required).
- Basic Networking, TCP IP.
- Connectivity Support Knowledge (ADSL, etc).
